1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We use CJ Dropshipping’s official shipping network, which includes:

  • CJPacket (CJ’s own optimized shipping line for faster, reliable delivery).

  • China Post Registered Air Mail and other postal services.

  • Express couriers such as DHL, USPS, FedEx (for faster delivery at extra cost).

  • Local postal services in the destination country for final delivery.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on warehouse location and shipping method:

  • From China to USA (via CJPacket): 7–12 business days.

  • From CJ’s USA warehouse to USA addresses: 3–7 business days.

  • Europe (via CJPacket or Euro lines): 7–14 business days.

  • Australia & Asia: 8–15 business days.

  • Free shipping (China Post / economy methods): 20–45 business days, with limited tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or peak season demand.


4. Tracking

  • Most orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email once available.

  • Tracking may take 48 hours to update in courier systems.

  • Some free-shipping or economy methods may not include full tracking updates.


5. Free Shipping

  • Selected products include free shipping.

  • Free shipping usually uses slower economy lines and may take 20–45 business days.

  • Tracking may be limited or unavailable with free shipping.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
